Ayam Bakar Kecap ala Wong Solo

Resep ini sudah lama dipesan ma sahabat jiranku (kak min from great site bakingproject.com, Malaysia) maaf ya...baru diposting skrg. Beliaunya pernah makan di warung ayam bakar wong solo yg kebetulan buka gerai disana. Silakan di copy resepnya… I’ve modified this recipe with my own taste….





Bahan:

500 gram Chicken, cut

150 mililiter Water for boiling purpose

4 Garlic, chopped

3 cm Ginger, chopped

1/2 teaspoon Ground pepper

1/2 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)

6 tablespoon Sweet soybean sauce



Sambal:

75 mililiter Sweet soybean sauce

1 sdm Petis udang (condiment made from fermented shrimp)

3 Garlic, fried

10 Chili, sliced



Direction:

  1. Boil chicken with garlic, ginger, ground pepper and salt until cooked and soft.
  2. Add Sweet soybean sauce, stir well and cook until spices absorbed. Lift
  3. Grill chicken until well cooked.
  4. Sambal: mix and stir well all of ingredients.
  5. Serve grilled chicken with sambal, fresh cucumber and daun kemangi (optional).

Salam bu, tq for the recipe.. yes I will surely try. Tapi rasanye mcm ada madu (honey). Mungkin boleh add sikit ya. Thank you very much.
